Looking to learn how to “feel your feelings”?
Welcome, I’m Sarah
Whatever brings you through the door, therapy can be a container for growth, healing, and change—my role is to guide and support you through that process. I will create the space for you to share, explore, challenge, and transform. You are at the centre of our work, and the expert of your own experience - I’m here to witness, deepen, offer structure, and help untangle & feel through what’s happened to you. Click here to see who and what I’m drawn to in this work.
I believe that, wherever we start, we will end up in the right place. Together, we can help you find a deeper understanding and embodiment of your emotions, process and move trauma out of your system, gain insight on your needs and boundaries, and work to leave behind what no longer serves you. I’m not afraid of your big feelings.

Some of my relevant identities to our work – I am white, queer, gender non-conforming, neurodivergent with support needs, & I have navigated the mental health system in ways that inform my relationship to diagnosis. I am spiritual, but not religious, and nature, boxing, fire, tarot, animals, and connection are some of my favourite resources outside of the therapy room. You’ll find me happiest in a natural body of water, laughing with friends around the dinner table, or lying in the sun with a good book.
I seek consistent therapy, consultation, and supervision to support my work as a therapist, and I pursue ongoing training and mentorship in the world of somatics, anti-oppression, disability theory, anti-fat bias, feminist and systemic therapy, attachment theory, and trauma.
