    Individual Counselling

My work goes beyond talk therapy, and invites deeper and more impactful healing by bringing the body and it’s wisdom into your awareness. Some of the core concepts I work with are: (C)PTSD, developmental trauma, “BPD” symptoms, chronic shame, autistic burnout, unmasking & finding authenticity, accountability after harm, grief, integration of non-ordinary states, relationship issues, and sex, pleasure, & intimacy.  My work is rooted in a systemic understanding that reconnecting with our authentic selves allows us to turn back towards community with integrity and compassion.

    Dyad Counselling

Dyad counselling is for people in relationship who are looking to deepen their understanding of each other, repair hurt & harm, and communicate from more vulnerable places - whether the relationship is platonic, professional, or romantic. My approach to folks wanting to work on their relationship(s) is rooted in safety, regulation, accountability for harm, and deepening our understanding of the Other so that we can hold them with tender care alongside our Self. I have a particular fondness for working with people in the LGBTQ+ community, and with those practicing non-monogamy.

    Professional Consultation

Professional consultation is a great alternative to fruitlessly seeking ‘resources’ for unfamiliar or challenging client issues. I have a particular focus on the self-of-the-therapist, counter-transference, and navigating self-care while tending to your caseload. I bring immense compassion and loving invitations into accountability and growth as a clinician. I want to help you stay aligned with your integrity, values, and ethics, and I will bring my anti-oppressive and systemic lens to our work. I’m not available for supervision of interns/practicum students, and I am in the process of becoming ACS certified.
